Title: battery

Has anyone ever add water to there battery just to get extra live out of it.
if so how long well it last.

Water evaporates but the dissolved acids do not. Adding Distilled water only is required maintenance with many batteries. Even the "Maintenance free" types benefit from adding distilled water. Tap water can shorten the life due to chemical issues.

You may add distilled water to a maintenance free battery and extend battery life a little bit but best to get a new one.

I've been using these. I have been putting them in every scooter with dead batteries for about a year now, and NONE have yet to fail. They are in both of mine... 4t/2t

I get them for 7 bucks from the interstate dealer. Just swap the terminals on your wires.

                Wow thats great to know those well work I have like 4 of theam I get theam from work.
                 We use theam in the alarm at work when they think they are dead thet throw theam away.
                 So I bring home and put a charge on theam and they are all stell working good.One I use on a kids elc. bike.
