My Sons 50cc Agility will start, no problem, however, we can not get it to rev up without cutting out or attempting to stall. I have checked fuel feed and cleaned the float chamber and jets. All to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions what could be causing the issue? Any help would be gratefully appriiciated by both me and my Son.

you might want to check the valve clearances to make sure there up to spec, they might be too tight like mine were for a while. i've had the exact same trouble after a local "dealer" fluffed up my service. my bike would start, run, but i had to leave it for ages before it would eventually be rideable. all i can say is get the valves checked and if there too tight just bk em off abit. i think its 0.4 mil but i would search on here for the proper valve clearence.
hope it gets sorted soon

how old is the scoot? if it has some years, it could be a hole in the diaphragm or it could be the bystarter, not choking enough

inlet manifold leak?
Is it running an open k&n type filter or the stock box?

..without more info on age, kilometers, general up-keep of the scoot, we all gonna stab in th dark...

.04mm. I've found doing them Hot is easier. Ride it/remove the cover/finger tighten to contact, and ride. It's perfect every time.
