When you take the top/cap of the carb off (4 screws). Does the diaphram come out when you lift the cap off, or does it stay down inside the carb. I want to inspect it. :-*

50/50 - The diaphragm could stick to the top or stick to the body. Really doesn't matter either way, just inspect it and put it back.
