Fit a free flow k&n type open air filter and it will be louder. Or fit a sports exhaust. Or both.

On the stock exhaust if you look on the downpipe theres a small bolt in it for putting a probe in for testing, if you take that out it should go a little louder too and thats a freebie fix you can try in 2mins. You will need to upjet too if going for the air filter.

You could just take a 6" nail to your exhaust silencer and smash holes in it too but thats prob not advised  :D

Whats the facination with being so loud? It just makes it embarrassing when folk turn to see the huge street bike the expect, only to see you tootle by on your Agility 50cc 4-stroke scooter.  ;D

Other than run no exhaust at all, or make some kind of straight thro pipe, i doubt you can make it any louder if you already did all of the above.

Put playing cards in the spokes lol . Who am I trying to kid , nobody will be old enough to remember doing that to their bicycles .

Oh i remember that. We even expanded that to using those flat wooden ice lolly sticks instead cos they were "louder", lol, no joke. Guess that was my 1st bit of tuning  :D

Unrestricting the air flow on a 50cc engine will just make it sound like a lawn mower not a "real" bike.

I like it quiet so you can hear what is going on around you.

I respectfully disagree.

I like not getting ran over because I can only do 40mph ;)

Has nothing to do with wanting it to be loud.  :D :D It's never going to sound like a real bike
