Title: CDI box wire cutting help

1. REMOVE CDI FROM BIKE.

2. LOCATE LIGHT GREEN AND DARK GREEN WIRES.

3. CUT LIGHT GREEN WIRE NEAR COUPLING.

4. SPLICE LIGHT GREEN WIRE INTO DARK GREEN WIRE.

5. REPLACE CDI.

but i can understand which cable to cut.Can someone show me a picture of this done here is my cdi.

Your desrtiption is right on though.... solder the 2 green wires together(better connection) and replug...

The cdi and the cvt restriction removal should net you anywhere from about 40-45mph

The cdi is where the revs are limited..
Now if you set the squish, jet the carb, pipe it, port the reed block, etc. you could see 51.(i did anyway)... May be a vid in my threads???

What more can I do without spending much money because i dont want to invest more money on the scooter after 1 year I am going to buy a car and I won't use the scooter any more.

You will not ruin the engine with no rev limiter.

We all have different opinions about open element air filters. IMO, not only are they very loud, they're more trouble than they're worth. If you run into any significant rain(or snow) expect your filter to get wet and you will lose power or stall. You can try drilling some small holes in the air filter cover. I have about 6. You may have to go 1 size bigger on the main jet. Aftermarket exhaust is a great upgrade and is simple to install. Just don't forget to change the main jet if you make any intake/exhaust changes.

Ezaectlee rite! A MUCH easier way to go... Until the tuning bug bites. It leaves welts.

How's it gonna happen? Bottle rockets. Or you could build that motha :)

parts for scooters is a great shop. Mention the forum if you order there. I am working on a discount plan for us.
You could instead try 6gr. rollers to get more rpm's but the springs work much better, and cost about the same... 30 bucks will do it.

That is un-related to the cdi. The cdi doesn't even attach to the battery...It is A/C powered direct from the stator. You have a short somewhere else in your wiring. Most likely somewhere in your lighting.

.....Because i sure have over 23,000KMS on my OEM DE-restricted CDI..... and still working BTW.....
......The SUITAI CDI that i have now only has like 4000 ATM......
