I've been using Bosch 30amp relays. You can get them at most auto parts places for alot less mulla.

Where is the starter relay?

Follow the +12 volt lead backwards from the starter motor. It'll lead you right to it. It is possible the starter switch contacts are stuck too. so check that as well. Do you have a test light? That will make quick work of trouble shooting once you get to the relay.

I'm starting to worry 'bout you Bro!
A warm glass of milk and a nice long nap will get you back in shape!

I think I burnt up my starter ;D. I burnt through the wire on the hot exhaust(wasn't routed properly). Fixed the wire but still no beans. I can hear the relay. I've been meaning to pull the starter off and test it. Guess I really don't have to pull it off. I'm just lazy.

Is there any other fuses other than the one on the battery?

More likely you fried the relay. It can still click, but have NO contact left inside. Use a Bosch 30 amp. They're cheaper, and at the hardware store.

Cool, I hope you're right. I did realize after I posted, if the short was before the starter the starter shouldn't be bad.

I installed the lifts at this AAA. Check out the second picture. Lifts are still standing. Oh yeah!

The lifts that were installed with a Harbor freight impact driver no doubt! If it weren't a tragic story it would make a good commercial for them (Harbor Freight)

I love the electric impact from Harbor freight! We do use the impact to tighten the anchor bolts, but we also go back and torque them to 110 ft lbs with a Harbor Freight torque wrench ;D.

So with the starter relay. Can I get one at the hardware store that will just plug right in to the factory harness? Or is it just a universal one? Will this work:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/STARTER-RELAY-for-KYMCO-DJ-50-DJW-DJY-DJX-Sniper-50-/270737259763?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f0932bcf3 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/STARTER-RELAY-for-KYMCO-DJ-50-DJW-DJY-DJX-Sniper-50-/270737259763?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f0932bcf3)
Doesn't say it's for a people but the terminals look the same.

Don't use the ebay one. You don't know how it is hardwired inside. Could short the system. Get a Bosch, or Cole hersey at any auto parts or hardware. Your "plug" will not match but you can remove the wires with the connectors from it , and plug them right onto the new relay. There will be one unused post on the relay when done.

There is a schematic on the side of the relay showing what goes where.
