fyi-This a basic course in stators and theory that cause electric flow in your scooter.May be helpful in the future for trouble shooting shutdowns etc. It is interesting to say the least.

Cool article. There are alot of guys re winding all sorts of coils. It is too time consuming for me tho.
I used this link to re wind an old Honda nc-50 stator. http://www.spokanister.net/ktm_stator.htm (http://www.spokanister.net/ktm_stator.htm)  Works great, but took about 9 hours start to finish.
