I thought during the cold times the scoot was having problems starting the past two seasons. However, i just replaced my air filter and Boom it started right up.
Just an FYI!!!

I have seen several all foam/sponge filters in the market, are these better than OEM paper filters?
I think this is the reason why my scoot starts right up in the morning. There is ample amount of dense cool air in the airbox after a cold night outside. While when parked during the day for a longer time, starting takes a while. No fresh air in the airbox or airflow is restricted.
