Nice, really nice.  You're keeping it nice and clean too, I see.  ;)  So, do you feel much of a power increase with the opening up of the air intake and the upjetting and all?  It'd be interesting to dyno it to see what the rear wheel HP is. 

I see an outfit on ebay says they'll send you all you need to upjet any bike including the Xcitings. Includes instructions for the particular bike and conditions it's ordered for.   I'm tempted. . .

I've done a couple of cosmetic things to mine and need to take pictures soon.  Gotta get around to cleaning it up first tho. . .  :P

Nice work!
You might consider the foot rest inserts while you're at it. I got these from my Kymco dealer. These not only sport up the bike, but with the cleats, help keep your feet from sliding around...

Here is my version of the voltmeter/ temp combo. Photo is crappy, but you get the idea. I also like your pulley cover. Where did you get that?

How did you lower the front forks? I may consider that move. Perhaps even lowering the back too. Does it ride differently? handle? or bottom out?
Looking good! Keep up the posts. I may try to shave off some weight on my bike one of these days. Of course, the most important thing is to try to get my 5'8" frame to flat foot it.

Do a Google product search for "motorcycle voltmeter" and sort by price.  They start around $29 U.S. and are sold by several vendors.
