Title: Agility rs 50 Derestictions?

Hi, in july I bought a 8 month old Agility Rs50.
the bike was fully restricted and only did 30 mph.
since then I have Cut the CDI and now get 35 mph all the time and occasionally get 40 mph.
Is there anything I can do to get an extra 5-10 mph?!  
(Don't want to spend LOADS of money on it)

you need to change out the drive boss and put in a bigger zet.
