Post by: yahooie on December 06, 2011, 07:08:43 PM
Does anyone do their own work that can tell me where I can find the tools to change the belt, rollers and clutch springs?

You can make your own tools if you have some steel around, a welder, grinder, drill, etc.

I just bought a Stage6 clutch bell. I also bought their holding tool. I found I don't need it using an impact. Getting a cheap impact will save alot of useless tools/rig ups. A BETTER tool to get is this

That's worth the money in saved parts/time. You WILL use it too

I've removed today the CVT and clutch by hand using only a 19mm socket wrench and a piece of pipe for a lever. To hold the clutch bell in place i've made a special holder from a piece of half inch pipe with two pegs welded on it. As for the CVT i've made a universal holder. I've cleaned the parts and put them back...
