Title: super 8 2t 50cc fuel gauge problem

Hows it going mick29 here, just bought myself a new super 8 2t 50, its been derestricted goes OK still abit slow off the line hope that improves as it runs in. Two problems though one HIGH beam globe doesnt work and when you put the lights on high beam a few seconds later the head light turn off second the fuel gauge seems like its sticking, when you turn the scooter off in stead of the gauge showing empty its around 1/4 to 1/2 and when I fill the tank up at doesnt go higher than 3/4 can anyone please help or is it a major problem THANKS MICK29     PS this is my first post thanks

you said its new so I would take it back to the dealer. is it stell under warrenty.
