My mongoose has been sitting in the garage for about 1 year.  It cranks but does not start... I have changed gas and spark plug...what do I check next?  Help

Check:
Side Stand: UP
Kill Switch: RUN
Brake: ON

If all of those are correect and it doesn't start,
then you need to make sure there is spark at the plug &  gas in the carb.
