Title: Problem with chain

Chain has been replaced twice.  Keeps coming loose.  Is this a reoccuring problem with anyone else?  What could be the problem?

well i have a manual its says to ajust the rear nutsand make sure there even thats why it keeps poppin are its to tight u need slack
