Title: Venox 250 won't idle

I need some different ideas. I've dipped the carbs, I've replaced everything in the carbs that can be replaced, the hoses and tubes have been cleaned out, all of the filters and life blood have been replaced and I have adjusted the idle screw. She runs like a champ I just can't stop without the bike shutting off. I'm not a mechanic so this is about as far as I can go with my knowledge. Any help is appreciated in advance.

im assuming you adjusted the idler screw??
