Hello I am new to this forum and the world of scooters. I just bought a agility 50 2008. Has damage , 15300 km with rebuilt motor. and my main concern is the blinkers don't work. I don't have a headlight bulb in because that was broken but the small lamps in the headlight assembly don't work either.
Any ideas on the problem?

Bad bulbs? If its clicking then that sounds like the flasher relay is working ok. Check the obvious 1st, the bulbs.
-
Is in US then the small bulbs in the headlight assembly are not hooked up. I believe those are only hooked up for the european versions. I have them in my headlight housing but the wires are not hooked up. The look to possibly have the ground wires hooked up but not the power wires. It should have bigger blinkers coming off the sides and back for the blinkers.

Ok I'll check the bulbs it just seems odd that they all don't work. One is disconnected though. If one is out do all go out?
-
No, if one goes out i think the rest would work, tho im not 100% sure. What do you mean 1 is disconnected? If the wiring is disconnected you may be breaking the circuit?

Are you talking about the sidelights in the headlight housing or the orange indicators which are below the handlebars on your model?
Is it your front indicators that are not working?
What are you actually wanting to do?
Below are the sidelights in the headlight on my 2011 Agility switched on.

A picture would help us a great deal ;)

Jezyg, im pretty sure the US A50's dont have working sidelights, thats what resolve is talking about. I think.

I thought the same??? It was the whole clicking lights in the headlamp bit.
To get them to work he will need a whole new wiring loom to start with. The rest should be the same according to the service manual.

Yeah he would if he wants the indicators to be in the headlight but the US agiliys have the same indicators as i have on my 2008 Agility, . I have seperate indicators on my handlebars just under the brake levers, im sure he means they are not working so he has no indicators at all working. The others would be factory wired so should work. Must be loose wiring, broken circuit or bad bulbs. My lights all blew once when i was working on my stator once, had to replace every one.

Yes this is a 2008 us model. I am trying to get the turn signals to work is all. The bulbs are fine though. I was just mentioning that one is disconnected because one broke off and isn't know if all had to be connected.
-
I don't see any loose connections. Where is the relay located?Nevermind I found it. It dies make a clicking noise could it be broken still?
Ok tested relay one wire has power ( black wire) which I thought was a ground. But the other wires don't even when I hold the blinker switch.

THat what I was talking about when the OP mentioned the small lights in the headlight assembly. Mine has the bulbs and all and the brown wire running from each to the plug at the other end but not the green wire shown in the picture by jezyg. I was going to hook them up myself just never got around to it.
The wire that comes from the main harness to the headlight harness has all the wires but on the headlight harness there is no wire going from the lights to the pin that they need to plug into. if that makes sense. For me it would be an easy fix but just never got around to doing it.

To the OP if the relay is not showing power going out from it then maybe your relay has a problem.. It may have power coming in and causing the clicking sound so seems like it is working. but if power is not leaving it to the signals then maybe something went wrong internally on the relay.

Hi,
Maybe,
1 - your regulator is over charging and blew out all your bulbs
2 - under your speedo remove cover check block wiring if disconneted from and to indicators
3 - remove indicator lens and check if you have voltage
Remove covers inspect all.
