Post by: juice on October 01, 2011, 03:54:06 PM: yes , it should be the same . I was thinking if my dealer was telling me the warrenty would be voided if I didn't have them do the service I would be careful to go by the book and keep careful records . good luck .

Post by: skishades on May 09, 2012, 10:10:28 PM: My new scoot has just reached its first oil change... 90wt oil for the gear... what about the engine? I think 30wt... My manual went missing on my first day, I set it down to read it and it was gone.. all I know is that I took it out of my "glove" box when I drove my scooter home its first day... didn't realize I paid for the leg accessory on my manual. Does anyone recommend a specific type of oil? I have always used synthetic in all my vehicles with fantastic results 100k miles later. I am hoping my scooter also likes synthetic for the long haul. I have always preferred Mobil 1 for synthetic but all the rating I have read were for cars... not scoots.
