hey all,
I added a NHRC performance exhaust to my 09 People 150. I need to upjet. Does anyone know the size of the stock jet, I can't find it in any of my literature.
Thanks!

When you get it sorted out, let us know what you did.

Sorry guys, I haven't been paying much attention to this forum lately as I just purchased a Burgman 650 executive and have been having to much fun "playing". ;D
Any way, I did find out that the stock jet is a 110. When I contacted Kymco concerning what kind of jet to use, they told me that it is a Kymco jet, but you could use Keihin as well. Well come to find out that Keihin has several different types of main jet. So far havent been able to get an answer as to which one to use.
Re: the NHRC exhaust. I really like it. I have the carbon fiber model and it not only looks great, but gives the scooter a very throaty sound! It has an output orifice that is at least twice, maybe three times larger in diameter than the stock exhaust. Really lets the engine breathe, but like I said earlier, need to upjet to take care of the lean running issue.
I'll post back when I finally get this jetting issue taken care of.

correct on the jet- there are two sizes of slotted jets available-
for Keihin type carbs, large and small- you want the small.
my local Kymco dealer has them if anyone would like to get them by mail... Midway Cycle in Madison Alabama

thanks for the info mookie, where the heck were you back in January when I posted the original question? ;)
Its actually a little more involved than that. According to Kymco usa, the People 150 is manufactured with 1 of 2 different carbs. There is a Kymco branded carb or a Keihin carb. Apparently (according to them) there is no way to know which carb you have until you take the tupperware off the bike and get access to the carb. From there you can identify which carb you have, then which jets you need.
