After a week my front headlight stopped working thought it was the bulb but had a more powerful and better looking HID effect xenon on order along with some white W5W/T10 white LED sidelight bulbs.
Came to fitting them today LED sidelights were no problem. But the replacement bulb was a pig to get to work and the original bulb was not faulty!! The bulb holder was the problem as one of the contacts was able to move around and therefore loose contact. Basically down to bad design and being a bit too cheap. For the sake of maybe 10p the problem could of been avoided with some extra plastic and more robust holder for the contacts so they could not move.
I know these scooters are built to a price but for an item such as headlight bulb that can loose contact through bad design it is no excuse really. With a bit of bending and moving the contacts problem solved and nice looking white sidelights and main headlamp ;D The issue lay with the rivet holding the contact and had too much movement and nothing else to stop it moving bar the rivet!!

I had to replace my light after about 3 months after I got mine but the socket just need some silacone around it because it was geting wet from rain so I silacone the whole plastic piece around the light.

Both the metal and socket are a bit too cheap so prone to oxidisation even though the rubber cover on the back is a decent fit and finish???. Shame you cannot buy a higher quality part although I maybe able to modify one from another make/model and may keep and eye out!!
