Title: After 3000Km service my Vitality 50 4T is sluggish

I just had my Vitality 50 4T in for its 3000Km servicing.  Now is is sluggish has difficulty getting up toi 50Km/hr and the mechanic says there is nothing wrong with it.  Help!
