i recently purchased Dr.Pulley 16x13 Slider Weights 6.5gm for my 08 agility how are they better then stock and what will I gain

They are better than stock, but you won't gain much because stock rollers are also 6.5g.

I just went with 6 g rollers I was useing 5.5 g I find 6 g are alittle slow at the start but my top end stays at one leval real good. I dont fight with the throtle to much any more to keep it above 40 klm .
