About to build ZX 50!
Hello all, I posted once befor & got a lot of help Thanks!

I did it once befor on a ZX about 7 years ago but with all my older friends and they took most of the lead, I am
just a little worry about the bore kit itself and the clutch...
and if the carburetor is tuned or does it need to be set up on frist start up... and some pre-mixing tips what rate should I use. for the gas doing the
brake in and aftermath! ...lol
and anything I may need to know or FYI's any & all is helpful.. will be glad to follow up will all of you once its done!
right now It is just about stock.. hitting 40-45MPH
I'm 5'8 and 248lbs. bigger guy :)

You have a good list there my friend....
If you look at my build or at sids build, You can get alot of info in there but of course i will be glad to try and help out...
I think that's the same kit sid had gotten at 1st, You need to check your port durations with that kit and hopefully save any head aches later....

what do you me?...
anywho.. I did it today and got it all done in 5 hours she took a lil bit to get started....
only thing now is to tune it... It will only run with the choke on.. anyone help.. its a 28mm OKO not sure about the jet size!
-
You probably have a 35pj. Mine came with a that anyway.. If you remove the bowl and inspect the jets, the oko has the number stamped..
If i am not mistaken, Needing the choke means that your pj is to small
-
You're right batman, too small a PJ will make it hard to start (I need to change mine). I would have thought 28mm to be too big? See how you go with it, but if you get a good exhaust you might be ok.

I found out!.. there was an air leak at the intake to the motor didn't seal good i guess.. got that fixed so I didnt't need the choke on anymore .. Thanks

Wooo HOOOO.... that's good to hear.. Keep us posted on the progress.. The bug will bite you. :D ;)
