Title: How to derestrict a Super8 50 2T

Will someone please explain to me how to derestrict a 2010 Kymco Super8 50 2T. I know there are three different things you have to do. Can someone tell me how to do each thing step by step or send pictures. Thank you

replace the variator bushing, put larger main jet, and cut exhaust blind pipe

What does the "cut exhaust blind pipe" mean? Not sure what you meant by that part.
