Title: Can't find where to add brake oil... on Kymco people 200

Looked in manual of Kymco people 200,  I can see where the brake oil level is but can not find where/how to add  brake oil or when i will need it, how to drain and and add new brake oil.  Am I stupid :-)?

The Kymco People 125/200 owners manual shows where the front brake reservoir is on page 24, and you use DOT 4 brake fluid not oil. You will need to remove the handlebar headlight fairing to reach the brake and to add fluid you remove the top of the reservoir and carefully add fluid.

I have changed my brake fluid without fully removing the fairing.  I found it extremely difficult to pull it completely off.  I loosened things up and used a syringe with a short hose on it.
