Title: NOOB ZX50 SITTING, WHERE TO START????

Hey guys new to the forum and I have two bikes I'm trying to get running.

This ZX50 has been sitting at my parents house for about 5 years. I lost the key and removed the lock on the front and the rear, other than that everything is stock. I am the original owner of this bike and have never worked on scooters before. I would like to get this bike in tip top running condition and learn how to work on my scooter (my local shop charged me 500 to give a "major tune up", new cdi, and a new lock set).

Any Help from you guys is really appreciated, thanks and godbless

are you wanting to go all out? or just a few things here & der? !!
 best thing about the ZX 50 is it has the same motor as the Honda Dio...! Alot of parts put there...!
