Title: super 9 wont stay running???

My sons scooter will start and run for a short time then start sputtering i have checked everything I can think of any ideas? it seems to get worse as i give it more gas.

Does it cut out when idle-ing or riding or both?

Tried turning up the idle screw a little? Checked for leaks on the inlet manifold? Checked sparkplug and lead? Cleaned airfilter and fuel filter?
