How do you open the storage panel that is directly in front of you knees. It has a latch in the middle on the inside.???? Thanks in advance

the latch is located on the top middle of the panel.

if you push in your key and turn to the right, it'll pop it open. sometimes it may get stuck and need a bit of help to open. in that case, i usually try to push the key to the right while trying to pry gently at it to have it open all the way.
