Title: Opening front storage compartment.

I just purchased a 2009 People 200 and have no idea how to open the front storage compartment. I bought the bike from a title company, so no manual. Thanking you in advance.

Turn the ignition key all the way to the right. If the lube goes dry, you may need to stick a knife blade in and pry it a little while holding the key all the way to the right.

Check with a dealer..they will order you a manual, I had to this for my 2009 200..I bought mine used 1900 mi.

There's little diagrams around the ignition switch too that tell you what each position is.

Download user and service manuals.  If you Google, you can find them.

Turn the key completely to the right...then...press on the top left or top right corner of the lid with one finger while holding the key turned. Press it inwards, not too strongly. It has a tendency to stick on the sides! Mine does that!
