Title: Xenon headlight
Post by: guile on July 03, 2011, 08:45:59 PM: Does anyone have any experience with installing a Xenon headlight on a Xciting?
I would like to know if there are issues with heat or (too) limited room for installing.

Post by: drifter on July 04, 2011, 04:47:32 AM: had installed a kit before on my x500. 6000k ang also tried 3000k. Only problem was the beam. It became narrower and was hard to find a bulb tha had the same beam as the stock halogen. Now i use an osam all weather bulb. 130/100watts i think

They run cooler that halogen. The new ballasts donâ€™t take much room. I have run them on my People S 125 for 4 years and love them. I have 2 on my dt300i now and am thinking of add ing 2 more.
