When I overfilled my transmission (people 50) it blew out the seal and every time I rode it the rear wheel and tire got covered in oil . I had it replaced now its ok . Good luck .

some scoots have offer flows for the extra to come out at some dont you need to find out if yours does. if it does you are all good my other scoot has a over flow on it my kymco does not. just take the train bolt off and tip scoot to the side and let some drain out.

Its vented and will over flow to the air box when overfilled. Just get the excess out of there and clean the air box up.

No, it uses 80W90 gear oil.

I use castrol Hypoy C 80W90 gear oil. It states on the label, maximum gear protection for motorcycle, ATV, and scooter transmissions.

If you put too much oil in, even though it is not overflowing, when you run the scooter it can froth up and be forced out the breather.
