Title: super fever zx50 / will not run unless choked / vacum leak??

50cc super fever that will not run unless I partially block the carb(choking it).Carb is spotless inside/has fresh plug/gas and oil .Help!

That could be jetting..mix screw setting..
Could you give us more info?.....jets installed, screw settings?
