where is the 2009 people 150 made? China or Taiwan? Getting conflicting information. I am close to buying one, but would really like to know where it is made....and if they are made in China, are they much differant than the tai built ones?

thanks...this forum has been really helpful, I know I want to go kymco.

 I'm pretty sure the People 150 is made in Taiwan. Look at your VIN #, if it starts with an L it's from China. Not that that is a bad thing since it would be an upper end Chinese made product like a Nintendo DSi or an iPod.

The People 150 IS made in Taiwan.
