My agility 125 has just over 1000 miles on it. I have noticed that my milage has went from 80-90 mpg down to the 70's.
I have not had any change to my riding habits. Any idea what could be going on?

Could be the weather, especially if you do mostly short trips (choke on more of the time) or. although it's way to early mileage wise, the belt is worn.

How could I tell if the belt is worn?
I have been wondering if I had a bad spark plug? Sometime I feel lthe engine running rough on my commute (15 mile 1 way)

Funny you should ask about decreasing gas mileage I kind of noticed the same thing. I think you are probably (and me too) riding full throttle more than you use to.
I have 1200km on my scooter and I tend to ride it full throttle more and more. It is just an underpowered vehicle and what felt fast at half throttle now feels slow at full ;D

I think part of it may be twisting the trottle more, but I also had been using cheap gas. I've run 2 tanks of higher octane gas through it and my mileage went from 72MPG to 86 MPG. I'm still keeping a eye on it and may bring it in for a tuneup to make sure everything is OK
