Title: i gots some questions

hey guys i got a few questions   i just bought an 05 super 9 lc and the thing moves right around 60 i looked at the jug and it says 49 cm   but i am wondering if it may be a bigger bore or can u get that much speed off the stock cylinder  the bike has a technigas pipe probaly rollers  mostelikely rejeted  the stock air cleaner  what else could be done to it 
i realy dont wanna open up the bike cause it seems that when ever i do anything  i mess it up and the bike fails i looked at the intake and i dont see a spacer so i have no idea what coulda been done to the bike

60 mph or 60 kph ?

ok my needle goes to the to the (h) on the mph part of the speedo so im guessin its 60 mph

my super 9 lc goes 45 mph and i want it to goes faster but staying on the cheap side, what should i do ?

60mph is fast enough, it's a scooter! have some fun and enjoy it. imo
