Why do you need new panels? Looks ok in pics and cant see any obvious damage?

If its just a few cracks etc then just fiberglass it over on the inside to strengthen it up the fill, sand and paint it on the outside if needed. No point wastong fash on panels if you dont really need them.

Scoot looks not too bad as it is now anyhow, just give it a tidy up if your not happy with a few bits on it.

well the front fairing is cracked and all the screw bosses are broke off  the handle bar cover has a big hole under the wind deflector so the deflector rattles one side of the lower fairings has a small hole in it and is missing a large chunk in the front the small compartment cover in the hump is missing the tabbs and lifts up when im driving it

Keep checkin on ebay then or google for a local bike breakers/salvage yard. You could always buy a full set of non kymco panels and mod them to fit your scoot, then you will have a 1 of a kind? The shape doesnt look a millon miles away from a Peugeot Speedfight so that may fit well?
