Title: Piston in engine can be heard moving?

Just changed my stock airbox to an open airbox(uni filter with outerwear rain protection)And I seem to be hearing what appears to be piston in my sting 50 2stroke moving up and down,is this normal?Has anyone experience this?

The sound you are hearing is most likely your reeds, totally normal.  When you put an open filter on, the intake noise can be just as loud as the exhaust!

Ooops,here in Hawaii we use that word Shaka a lot....I've read lots of your posts and you helped lots of people in this forum.how's the zx running?
