Title: When should I derestrict?

hey guys, so I just purchased a 2010 s8 50cc 4t with 273 miles on it. I'm wondering when do you guys think i should replace the boss drive and up the carb jet? Should I wait till the engine breaks in more? and what size jet should I get when I eventually do. thanks guys
