 I have a mxu 300 atv and the trans seems to go into gear hard when taking off. when at a idle you start to give it throtle and it kinda bangs when it starts off. Is this normal or do i have a problem? any help would be great as I am new to this--Thanks

My mate had the same problem with his when it was new.
The answer was to adjust the link rod between the shifter and the gear box.
This he had done under warrenty.

My 250 takes of smoothly.. The only bang i get is when i change gear if its not stationary (idle)
