Please can anyone help??????? I have a kymco super 9 that only goes 30 mph i have purchased the new smooth bush to increase speed.I removed the kick start then the cover then the nut and 3 pronged washer.....but cannot remove the face plate due to i think spline damage.....can anyone help i am desperate!

Maybe put the parts of the variator back on, leave the variator cover off, then put it on the center stand and see if the variator actually comes together like it should when throttle is applied. Be careful that everything is in place and it should be safe to test it this way. Wear some protective clothing and no loose clothing next to the variator while it is turning.  :)
