I think all the newer bikes have a catalytic converter in their exhaust.my bike is Sting/Yup50 2009 model. As I was gonna look for a restriction in the exhaust header,I noticed an extra pipe about 4 -6 inches long that suddenly ends and flattens at the end of it.I also noticed a rubber tube that connects to the exhaust. These two things seem useless to make my bike faster.Does anyone have a solution to this? What did you do?

They are used to make your bike go slower. Usually they the pipe is cut off and the hole is welded.
