Use the search to find a link to a Grand Vista service manual.  I hope this link works:
http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?action=search2 (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?action=search2)

It ought to tell you in the manual how to take off panels.

Do a forum search for Grand Vista Manual

or

Do a Google search and find places to download for a price.

Here is a free download. http://bmanual.com/Kymco-Grand-Dink-250-Service-Manual.html (http://bmanual.com/Kymco-Grand-Dink-250-Service-Manual.html)

The Grand Dink is the same as the Grand Vista.
I have not tried this site, but Norton says it is ok.

And if that doesn't work.  Just look under Kymco Parts "i.e. Stadium"  Follow
the intructions and you'll find find a detailed page with an exploded view of
the parts,  P/N and Price.
