Title: Variator Boss drive Derestrict HELP

Hi all,I need to get info on how to derestrict boss drive on my Sting 50 '09,.Do I just need to take out the washer on it or do I have to buy a boss drive without the ridges on it.If so where do I get the derestricted boss drive,my dealer might not want to sell to me since I have a 50cc and they want me to keep running under 30 mph(state law)...I'll appreciate any help....I already derestricted my CDI...

I believe you either have a washer in there or a boss with a ridge but either way it is designed to do the same thing-

not allow the drive pulley to come together fully. Most likely you have one or the other, but not both. Do a search and

you will find more info. Your dealer doesn't care how fast you go. But you want to be able to go faster if you need

to.  Ride safely until you are ready to go fast.  :)
