Did anybody try to replace their 105 main jet with larger one + open air filter + stock exhaust, and were there any positive experiences to be shared? Or should I forget about it?

Need a reminder how your ZR7 jetting went?
I guess you can count on minor improvements, and probably also count on
fuel consumption like it's a 250..
I'm not sure but I think even the 150cc engine has the same jet size.

Swap the Agility for the People S200 then..
That's the logical thing to do.
Weight almost the same, 40cc more and a few HP more is a lot more apparent then
numbers would suggest, and the 16" wheels make all the difference in the world,
but you already know that.
It's a logical step forward without braking the bank, maintainance cost is the same
as Agility's, insurance too, fuel consumption also, and it'll accelerate a lot better,
but only have a few kph more on the top end.
If it had a rear dics brake it would be a perfect scoot IMHO.

Last summer ive change jet to 120 and open air filter....
it just cut of at 90kph every time...
think thats exhaust need to be change too, but thats just too expensive....it like 1-2hp gain...and gas consumption is pretty higher then standard....so i heard..

I can't find the video now, but I've seen a youtube video from a guy who
recorded the acceleration of his agility with a 160-170cc kit.
The results weren't all that dramatic.. After all the mods his scooter
accelerated up to 90km/h in about the same time it took to reach 80km/h
before, and he reported a 10km/h increase in top speed AND 50% in fuel
consumption with the same CVT setup. :o
He probably got the performance figures of the People S200, but with a lot
more wasted fuel.

Most people would say that it is the process that is important, not end result. ;D
I also would not try to do anything with 4-stroke scoots other than perform regular maintenance and drive them.

no, rollers are good to vary...
trying that optimal spot to occure and keeping it...
think that 11.5 are pretty good.....only mod...maybe led lights like me all over scoot...and good tires...3 things

I'll agree about extra lights for visibility and good tires, but going from 14g to 13g weights I feel
the engine is overreving and is stressed too much at speeds over 50mph which makes the scoot
unusable outside the city.
The acceleration is great, of course, but I'm probably gonna go back to stock weights, maybe try
the dr.pulley sliders.

think u need to buy rpm clock....
max power peek is at 7500rpm, so when u drive and its 7500 its max speed...
with 13 or 14g its like 6500 so its not optimal...

The revs start to rise after 60km/h and I'm rather sure that at 90km/h they're already over
the power band (maximum power revs) since the scooter is slower from 90 to 100 now then
it was before, and it usually won't reach 100km/h at all, and before I've seen over 110km/h.
Not that I ride it at those speeds, but I'd rather have the engine rev less at 80-90km/h
when I need to get out of town.

They are made to spin. When they die, you fix them and hit them hard again.
I have 3x14 and 3x13 g, and top speed actually went up approx 2-3 km/h.

You fix it if you can afford it.
I actually can't afford NOT to have it in riding condition even for a day since I
rely on it for work.

You can afford it too, you have a scoot, a bike and a car, I think. :)
If you had only A125 and lived in the streets like a hobo, it would be a different story. :)
