when I frist go in to the site everything is blurry and takes a while to come up.mmmmmmmmmm maybe its my pc darn it. if it ate one thing its another.

Thats the two things we can't do anything about fate, and drivers in a cage that don't pay attention. He is one lucky scooterist.

If you look carefully, the "lady car driver" has her left hand to her right ear as she leaves the car, and then puts something in her left hip pocket, a mobile ( cell ) phone? A common cause of accidents (?) Illegal in the UK to use when driving, how is it in the rest of the world?

Some states and cities on this side of the pond have a hands free rule in place.

others have a no texting law.  most places though you can talk and drive with the phone to your ear.

Hands Free required when driving in California, but you wouldn't really know there was a law against it judging by how many I see every day talking on the phone while driving.
