Does the 2007 Kymco Xciting 500 have a fuel filter? If so where is it located?

Yes it does. Under-behind the left floorboard.Try some Seafoam in the gas this will help clean out the carb.Advanced auto carries it . Good Luck     Also check the breather tube to see if it is full.
