Title: Help. Engine cutting out
Post by: cantoa on February 02, 2011, 07:54:41 PM
Hello All,

I bought my Super 8 150 last year (October of 2010), and I got it serviced at 200 mi and 600 mi.  Over the past month, the engine would cut out during my trips to work.  I would literally try to start it back up in the middle of the street.  The problem is basically that when i let go of the throttle, the engine cuts out.  As a temporary solution, everytime I stopped at a red light, i would need to turn the throttle a little bit just to keep it from cutting out again.

Just yesterday, as i was pulling into my driveway, the engine cut out and the lights won't even turn on.  Of course, it seems like a battery issue.  Does anyone else know what is going on?  Is this normal?  Any help would be great.
