Title: How to Disconnect the Harness from the ECU?

Anyone know the trick to disconnecting the wire harness from the ECU? (2018 Cali Classic 200i)
I'm sure it involves rotating the dial looking part, but I can't get it to rotate and don't want to break it.

Just turn it counterclockwise, soak it with WD40 before.
