Title: cambio candela comodo

 a vostro avviso e, possibile sul kymco 500 r dopo aver smontato la sella e, il vano sottocaschi posto al disotto di essa, accedere diciamo abbastanza agevolmente alla candela di accensione, per sostituirla, grazie

No, has to be removed from the middle access hatch with KYMCOs original sparkplug pipe socket, which is under the scoots seat.
To have straight access ratch up rear wheel a bit towards seat.

quindi, se metto la moto sul cavalletto centrale e, poi sollevo la gomma posteriore questo fa ruotare e abbassare  il motore,e a tuo avviso rende piu facice l accesso alla candela , attraverso lo sportellino posto sul tunnel centrale,esatto

Exactely so. Watch out for proper reseating of sparkplugcap. Give it outside a good smear of silicone grease, otherwise you get a hard to find ignition issue.
