Title: "...you're killing me, Smalls!" {Reflex for sale}

A scootering, dawn-patrol coffee drinking friend in Yellow Springs has made me an "end of era" scooter offer, again.
This time he seems pretty serious. He began talking this way a year ago - and made me the same offer then.
At 80+, he has decided it is no longer good for him to be riding his 2007 HONDA Reflex. Offered it to me, before he goes public with it.

Man!, would I love to own that scooter! But - for a number of reasons I had to turn down his offer, again. And that really 'smarts'! He knows how much I like his HONDA!
If anyone here is interested, please let me know. We are in SW Ohio.
 brake reservoirs are out in the open and the valve lash adjustment is pretty easy - through the removal of a small side panel!

but...it's a Honda....a RED Honda!  ;D    Sorry you're having to pass on this one, Stig...I think another run on a bigger cc Honda would be fun for you. I completely understand the space / storage challenges along with spouse challenges when attempting to acquire an additional bike.

Do you have any additional details on the scoot for us? miles? tires? general condition? maintenance?

I can't recall...does that share the motor from the Helix (with the vertical cylinder?) or is the newer, next gen motor?

edit: after a quick search I see it has a similar spec'd motor as the Helix, 249cc, 19 hp, low stressed, 2 valve, but it is updated in that it has the horizontal cylinder, giving you the spacious underseat storage.

that certainly is ONE of the best 250cc scooters ever made, says the BEST 250cc scooter ever, Mr Honda Helix!  ;D

Yeah....but would you take it out in the daylight!?
