I purchased my LIKE200iLX the summer of 2013.
It was manufactured in April, 2012.
So - it was at least a year old when I first registered it for the road.
Dealer sold it as a "2013" of course.

(bit of a trick to find this plate. Look up under her skirt by her right thigh)
I purchased my Liberty150i ABS early summer of 2017.
It was manufactured in May, 2017 and listed as the "all new 2018" model.
Except for the headlight and colors the scooter has remained unchanged from its launch in 2017 through 2025.

I note that the GVWR of the 163cc LIKE is nearly 90bs less than the 155cc Liberty - even though the Liberty has a mono rear shock.

FYI: you'd need a good dentist if you were to put 36 lbs in the LIKE's front tire ! Manual - recommends 25PSI - even with a passenger!
I ride with no more than 25 in the front tire. If it drops a pound or three it only improves the ride.
